Michael Matzke is the firm’s managing partner and lead attorney.

He is a dedicated personal injury lawyer with a proven track record of success in handling and resolving over a thousand personal injury cases. Through meticulous preparation, extensive legal knowledge, and effective negotiation skills, he has resolved vast range of personal injury cases, thus securing millions of dollars in settlements for his clients throughout his career. Whether it involves motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, or excessive force cases, he approaches each case with unwavering determination and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved.

While settlements are often the preferred resolution, Michael is a seasoned litigation attorney whose success in the courtroom as resulted in favorable jury verdicts especially when insurance companies refuse to pay.

Michael attended the William S. Boyd School of law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where he graduated cum laude in the top 20 percent of his class in 2017. While at Boyd, Michael made the Dean’s list and received the CALI award for highest grade in his Trial Advocacy class.

While in law school, Michael also had an internship with the Clark County District attorney’s office.

Michael was born and raised in Las Vegas. He studied from elementary to law school in our valley while his parents both worked in Las Vegas’ Industry. He is fluent in Spanish and takes pride in serving the Spanish speaking community. In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling and Las Vegas’ local food scene.
